Welcome to RST Roadside Service & Towing. By accessing our website, booking our services, or using any of our towing or roadside assistance services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

RST Roadside Service & Towing is a licensed tow truck company operating in Calgary, Alberta. We provide professional towing and roadside assistance services, including but not limited to vehicle towing, breakdown assistance, battery boosts, lockouts, winching, and related services.

2. Services

All services are provided subject to availability and road, traffic, and weather conditions.
Estimated arrival times are approximate and not guaranteed.
Service fees may vary depending on distance, vehicle type, location, road conditions, and time of service.
Any additional services requested on-site may result in additional charges.

3. Pricing and Payments

Prices will be explained to the customer before or at the time of service to the best of our ability.
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit Card
Debit Card
Cash
E-Transfer
Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to make payment may result in refusal of service or further action as permitted by law.

4. Cancellation Policy

*If a cancellation is made before the tow truck reaches the service location, the customer agrees to pay *50% of the quoted or minimum service fee.
*If the tow truck has already arrived at the service location, the customer agrees to pay *100% of the quoted or minimum service fee, even if the service is no longer required.
Cancellations must be communicated directly by phone or other confirmed communication methods.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must provide accurate and complete information regarding the vehicle, location, and nature of the issue.
The customer confirms that they are the vehicle owner or have authorization from the vehicle owner to request services.
The customer is responsible for removing all personal belongings from the vehicle before towing.
RST Roadside Service & Towing is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.

6. Vehicle Condition

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to vehicles, including mechanical, electrical, cosmetic, or structural issues.
The customer acknowledges that towing and roadside assistance may involve inherent risks, especially in difficult conditions.
Any concerns regarding vehicle condition should be communicated before the service begins.

7. Limitation of Liability

RST Roadside Service & Towing shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control.
Our liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the service provided.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

The situation is deemed unsafe
The customer behaves in a threatening, abusive, or inappropriate manner
Payment cannot be secured
The request violates any applicable laws or regulations

9. Website Use

Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of website content is prohibited.
We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Privacy
